2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have the authority to engage our services and share any proprietary materials
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work product created by Print Global IT for a client becomes the client's property. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary materials remain the property of Print Global IT. We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Print Global IT's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or search engine rankings. We will make reasonable efforts to correct defects in our deliverables within a mutually agreed warranty period.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date. We will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund Policy

At Print Global IT, we are committed to delivering high-quality work and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Project-Based Services

For one-time project engagements (web development, app development, custom solutions):

  • We do not require any advance payment. Payment is made only after project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Since no advance is taken, refunds are generally not applicable.
  • Once the project is delivered, reviewed, and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued.
  • Payment made by the client indicates full satisfaction with the completed work.

2. Managed IT Services (Monthly Plans)

For monthly managed IT service plans:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
  • No partial month refunds are issued.
  • Annual plan clients who cancel early may receive a prorated refund for unused full months, less any discounts applied to the annual plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • As payment is collected only after successful delivery, refund requests are not applicable in most cases.
  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered and accepted by the client.

4. Issue Resolution

If any issues are identified after delivery, clients are encouraged to notify us within 7 days.

We will make reasonable efforts to fix bugs, errors, or minor issues related to the agreed scope at no additional cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party services such as domain registrations, hosting, APIs, or software licenses
  • Additional work or features requested outside the original project scope

6. Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately at support@printglobalit.com.
We will review and resolve legitimate concerns promptly.
